Sandy Puc'

Sandy’s passion for connecting with people and her remarkable ability to capture her subjects’ personalities make her one of the world’s premier portrait photographers. She holds the prestigious titles of Print Master and Explorer of Light from Canon USA and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Professional Photographers of America (PPA). Sandy is also a passionate educator, as she travels the world sharing her knowledge of the industry with other visual artists through Sandy Puc´ Tours and numerous other speaking engagements.


In 2005, Sandy co-founded Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep, a non-profit organization providing heirloom portraits for families who have babies that will not leave the hospital. With over 7,000 volunteer photographers working in over 25 countries, this important work is reaching families all over the world.


Sandy resides in Littleton, CO with her four wonderful children and her dog Canon.

Favorite Things: Watching my children grow, butterflies, music and sushi


Most People Don't Know: That I am extremely introverted and shy but when I have my camera, I am a totally different person.


Sandy's Philosophy: You can do anything you want, you just have to believe.


Life is not about finding balance. Lif is about choice and sacrifice. In order to have one thing, you must give up another. But having the ability to make the choice is the gift that life really is.


Helen Noakes

Helen Noakes attended Indiana University in Bloomington and graduated with a BA in Elementary Education. Teaching little tykes, Kindergarten through second grade brought pure joy to her life. She loves kids! After having her now 13-year-old son Sam (the light of her life), the decision was made to change careers and she went on to receive her Associates in Photography from the Art Institute of Colorado.


Favorite Things: Traveling, reading and enjoying life


Most People Don't Know: Helen is originally from Germany, and came to the US in 1976 where she learned English and went on to become an elementary teacher for 14 years!


Helen's Philosophy: Always try to be the best I can be. Give what you want to receive. Empathy and patience go a long way!
