  • Individual session is for one child only 2 to 16 years old. 
  • Session must be scheduled within a 6-week window before or after child's birthdate and order placed within 30 days of the session. 
  • Credit or discount is good for one time only and must be used during your first ordering appointment.
  • Birthday club sessions are available Tuesday-Thursday
  • No cash value and cannot be combined with any other offers
